Party Pictures

Here are some pictures from Kenzie's birthday party last weekend. It was alot of fun, she definately got spoiled but she is the little princess of the family so we couldn't help it. She really started to get the hang of opening presents, she just got a little tired at the end but I don't blame her there were alot of gifts. Her cake turned out so cute, the party theme was a baby safari and the and the giraffe and turtle matched the invitations exactly, I wish I could say that I made it but I am not that talented the cutest lady in our ward made it for us and it turned out awesome and was so yummy. Kenzie made out big time some of her favorite new toys have been her doll she loves that thing, her wagon she loves walking around the kitchen and living room with it, her car she drives around everywhere and all of her new books she truly loves each and every one of them- she just absolutely loves reading. Kenzie really enjoyed her cake she couldn't get enough frosting, I was a little surprised she didn't destroy it more I think she was just suprised mom and dad were letting her have it we are usually pretty strict on the sweets. Overall it was a great day. Earlier that day Matt and I were able to think back and reflect on this last year and the night Kenzie was born and of some of the memories we've had as a family of three this last year its amazing how time flys bye it made me think of the talk by Pres. Monson given this last conference on how we need to cherish the moments things and people change, and our children our only little once . Thanks to everyone who came to help make the day special for our little girl, especially Great Grandma and Grandpa Evans the party was during that last week when he was feeling so bad, but he still managed to come and show his love and support. We love him and will miss him alot. Thank you to Grandma and Grandpa Evans for letting us have the party at your home.
